See BBQ Pork Recipe for the meat recipe Almond Rice: 1 c. rice (uncooked) 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine 1-2 tsp. chicken boullion 1/4 c. sliced almonds salt and pepper to tasteDirections: Cook 1 cup of rice in 2 cups of water (normal cooking directions for rice). After it is cooked put it in a skillet with the butter/margarine and boullion. Fry it up for about 5-10 mins. and stir in almonds and seasonings.
Notes: This was just a made up recipe for extra rice that I had previously made. You could really add anything you wanted to the rice, like other spices or even veggies.
