Pork Roast or Pork Chops Desired side dishes and veggiesDirections: Thaw pork roast and slice to about 1/2 inch thick. Barbeque on grill for about 10-15 mins. Put BBQ sauce on both sides while grilling (only one side at a time--the top side). Notes: With this meal we've had many different side dishes, from rice-a-roni, carrots, corn on the cob, to green beans, to baked potato. It just depends on the time and energy you want to spend. Cooking Tip: Most recipe books give instructions on how long to cook certain veggies. If you're a beginner at cooking you can look in a recipe bood to guide you in that part of the dinner preparation. Time Saving Tip: This meal goes faster if you thaw out the meat prior to starting your dinner preparations. In other words, get it out in the morning and then it will be ready to go by dinner time. |
