1 lb hamburger meat 1 roll pre-made buscuits 1-2 c. milk 2 Tbsp flour salt and pepper to tasteDirections: Brown the meat. Sprinkle flour on the meat and mix in. Add more flour if you want to make more of the mixture. Add milk and stir in. Put the amount of milk to make it the correct consistency for gravy. Add salt and pepper to taste. I usually add more pepper than usual. While making the gravy you should put the buscuits in the oven to be baking. Follow the directions on the package.
Notes: If you don't have pre-made buscuits you can always make homemade ones. Look in almost any cook book for a recipe for buscuits.
Time Saving Tip: Get the buscuits in the oven while making the gravy so they'll be done at the same time.
